Why a form, not a public submission

The list is curated. I want every spot to match the bar. Best of Ballard, not a directory. So this isn't an open submission system; it's a contact channel that goes through me.

If you're not sure whether your spot fits, send it anyway. Worst case I say no with a reason.

What I'll do with this

I review each submission personally. If your spot fits, I'll add it to the data and reply with a heads-up. If it doesn't fit (chain, no Ballard address, etc.), I'll tell you why.
